1. Return Window
Customers can initiate a return within 30 days from the date of purchase or delivery. Extended return windows may be available during special promotions or holiday periods.

3. Return Process
To return an item:

5. Shipping Costs

Seller-paid: Vezitek provides a prepaid shipping label or reimburses shipping costs.

Shared costs: Shipping costs are shared between the customer and Vezitek when applicable.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
For damaged or defective products, contact our customer support. We will provide a hassle-free replacement or refund. Be sure to include all necessary information and ship to the specified return address.
